As i said the comparison was between two countries strategies in fighting or not fighting a superior enemy in a long war not a study over who caused what.
Ukraine strategy to fight a long war vs Russia means it has increased losses of manpower than Serbia and increased losses of infrastructure than Serbia who decided not to fight NATO and see their country destroyed and people decimated.
