Those who peddle that lie are either stupid or deliberately spreading SBU-manufactured lies.
Those that are trying to present this conflict in a simplistic way, are also, either stupid or malicious.
It's obvious that US has been involved with Ukrainian nationalists for decades. It's obvious that US backed the 2014 coup. It's obvious that the CIA was (and is) involved. It's obvious that USA is the largest benefactor of this war. They've said it themselves.
The whole "unprovoked" concept is obviously a lie also.
