War news whether it is released by the Ukraine or Russia has to be regarded as Propaganda simply because the Press is censured in both countries.
Keep in mind that the first casualty of war is the truth and that (from a neutral point of view) applies equally to both sides and their respective backers.
As an Aussie, my chief concern re this war is that: (a) it has caused Aus inflation (via a spike in energy costs) which has crueled working class Aussies with highly geared mortgages (b) It has diverted much needed funds away from social housing/homelessness.
So for those reasons, the sooner this war is settled, the better for Aus generally and working class Aussies specifically
If you choose to not put Aus economic interests first, then that's your prerogative but don't criticise Aussies who do so . Capitalism is based on self interest, mate.
