I'm sure it makes perfect sense to putin .....he managed to cut prison costs by letting lots out to either die or go free if they survived ......now those people incapacitated by war would only be a burden on society .....better to put them out of their misery and save the country the expense by sending on a meatwave assault .

I mean ....it's not like theres any shortage of meat I mean people , putin can always kidnap some more Ukrainian kids and give them to russ families .

all makes perfect economic sense !
