The narrative I've been hearing from a variety of US ex military personnel sources on YouTube is that Ukraine has been currently losing around 1,000 to 2,000 front line fighters per day and has been convincingly losing this war of attrition. This is to be expected due to Russia's vastly larger population from which to train and mobilise troops.
