    i dont think unexplained explosions mean sabotage was involved but we obviously cant rule it out till the investigation is complete.

    To entertain your hypothetical for a moment would the success of a sabotage team trigger global nuclear war? IMO no , not directly. Every escalation is one more step closer to that drastic final level.
