russia have been pushing consistantly in Ocheretyne and trying hard to little effect in other places ....but , to do this they have pulled troops from other regions where they are losing ground net effect zero or close to ......the "if anything" was a little honesty peaking through
big picture ....russia had momentum during the shell shortage period and russia took small ground .....that momentum appears slowing and reversing in parts
seems while rusia can replace personnel they sometimes aren't too good a quality ....and they appear not to be replacing some equipment --- conspicuouisly absent , armoured fighting vehicles
