Lol, this knob has proven repeatedly wrong in his assertions of Ukrainian exploits over the past two years.
Every war mapper, including pro Ukrainian mappers show Russian forces making steady, but slow gains in Vovchansk.
They have now entered the citadel (high rise area) of vovchansk. They may only be holding the first couple of buildings in the citadel area but they are progressing, so I don't think the Ukrainins are retaking vovchansk!
