just explaining that national leaders can talk about serious things face to face. I know that's difficult to understand in Ukraine where diplomacy with Russia is outlawed, I mean if there was an actual ceasefire then Zelensky might be forced to have the election....maybe he doesn't want that. The US would rather decide who comes to power in Maidan 2.0 and probably asked for that law to be put in place.
