if we apply andy's standards to this situation, this certainly does look like seeds of the civil war. unless ukrainian recruiters change their tactics, the resistance will grow and get more organized. it already is. there's telegram channels where people share their sightings of the recruiters, so others can avoid those areas. recruiters cars get attacked so osften, that other military staff started putting signs on their vehicles saying "We are not recruiters". lol
