All that money Putin has spent trying to kill Ukrainian for their land instead of trying to help ordinary Russians and improve their standard of living. The shame is, with all that oil and gas wealth, Russia could have had a living standard even Norway would have been envious of. But Putin was never about helping Russians, that's why he stole Russia's wealth and then wasted what was left failing to conquer Ukraine.
