You are moralising again.
The USA was the only country to us Nukes on war.
The justification:
To save US armed forces lives via conventional warfare.
It worked because Japan did not have Nukes to retaliate in kind.
The Doomesday clock is today at the closest to midnight and
moralising simply won't reverse that. A ceasefire and a negotiated
settlement of this war will.
So, IMO its futile to do the ostrich gig and stick your head in the sand
when the Doomesday clock is saying otherwise and that a Nuke war
is at its highest probability in 75 years (incl the Cuban crisis)
We have nothing to gain from a Nuke war but instead everything to loose
so the same/sensible position to take from an Aus perspective (self interest) is
-Ceasefire
-Negotiated settlement.
