You stated it was "retaliatory" and sound like you condone Putin targeting children hospital??? Unlike what happened in Gaza, Ukraine has never set military target anywhere remotely near civilian infrastructure let alone a children hospital. Ukraine has more than their fair share of "collateral damage" so why are you surprise they are fighting back????
