if you are talkiong prior to the invasion there are details of civillians killed on both sides by shelling over the 8 years and the number was small ......no evidence at that stage of anything deliberate by either side and no motive for Ukraine to do that .
You seem to like to make these allegations ....YOU CAN'T SUPPORT ...because they are simply lies and ecxcuses .
