17 men who just want to live (aka draft dodgers) were detained near the border with Moldova
Divided into groups, the men drove three cars along two different roads in the Vinnytsia region. They planned to meet at the border and move to Moldova.
However, nothing came of it. They were noticed, detained and will now be sent in the opposite direction.
