Russia are seriously inept. No idea why you digress (Houtis) ??? Houtis are using Iranian tech. If they want to stop supply ships going to Israel then good on them. Israeli's are war criminals, but being international waters they're just causing massive pollution in the red sea and being a nuisance not contributing to any just cause
