The evidence is conclusive and damning.

A Russian missile deliberately fired into a children's hospital in Ukraine. What a horrible, abhorrent war crime. Sadly, just one in a long long list of Putin war crimes, but this one being particularly barbaric as Putin deliberately targeted and murdered several children.

I can only think the reason that someone would try to deny Putin's responsibility, in spite of the conclusive evidence, is that they want to see more of the same barbaric and savage war crimes by Putin, why else would someone defend this disgusting act with lies?
