because China expects , sooner or later, that the USA
will impose "Russian Style" comprehensive sanctions
on it.

This war shows Uncle Sam's hand in that respect, IMO.

Despite this war, China regards the EC as been mildly Socialist;
hence its BRI investments leading from China to Europe & return.

Let's face it, that was most of the reason for BREXIT.
