Putin most definitely targets civilians and civilian infrastructure no matter how much people do their worst to defend the child killer Putin.

Between Feb 22 and Dec 23 Putin deliberately bombed over 1700 hospitals and medical centres in Ukraine. In Okceg's alternate reality world that they inhabits that means more than 1700 times Putin was trying to "avoid" bombing hospitals and it was always a "military target nearby" or there was "an ammo store" or some other way Okceg will excuse another Putin war crime.

Putin took targeting innocence to a whole new level when he deliberately targeted and murdered children. Putin being a child killer still wasn't enough for Okceg to even question if that is the monster that deserves their steadfast unwavering loyalty. Devotion to a child killer. Truly amazing.
