one afternoon, watso was flicking through the tv channels ... and maybe half watched the last part of a 4 corners repeat ..

as watso recalls, but according to the show - st poots/russia were not serious about the minsk agreements .. but that was before angela merkel and the french prez , at the time.. eventually admitted that the minsk agreements were not taken seriously - and were only for the ukrainians to buy time
