The US will likely use Nukes rather than share
the globe. Just consider the number of US Nukes
based outside the US?

They are sprinkled throughout Europe and based
in Nuke Subs and Bombers globally on call 24/7/365.

Given this spectre on WW3, IMO Aus should be acting as
a peace broker; not riding shotgun for Uncle Sam.

We missed our opportunity in the 1950s/60s to be a Nuke
Power capable of defending ourselves so, IMO, we have
to work with what we've got (or rather what we don't have)
and short of being a US basal state, the logical position
is to be neutral and a leader of the Neutral family of nations.
