Maybe don't say silly things like "Putin doesn't deliberately target civilians" or "Putin does his best to minimise civilian casualties" where there is conclusive evidence that Putin deliberately targets civilians and civilian infrastructure like deliberately bombing over 1700 hospitals in Ukraine.

There is a massive difference between innocent casualties in a war that Putin started against Ukraine versus the deliberate targeting of civilians, including children, and murdering them that Putin does.

Perfect example of the child killer Putin deliberately targeting a children's hospital and murdering several children.

Here is conclusive evidence that it was a Russian missile that destroyed a children's hospital in Kyiv:

Demonstrated history of deliberate Russian attacks on hospitals including more than 1700 hospitals deliberately targeting in Ukraine:

You have concrete conclusive evidence of a Russian missile combined with a demonstrated history of Putin deliberately targeting hospitals across the world.

    As conclusive as it gets.

But in your alternate reality world this is evidence of Putin not bombing civilians and civilian infrastructure.
