Because Putin has been bombing more than 1700 hospitals and medical facilities in Ukraine between Feb 22 and Dec 23 Putin hasn't had time to bomb Kyiv hospitals all day every day.
Putin did find time however to deliberately bomb a children's hospital in Kyiv and murder several children in doing so.
That's more than 1700 hospitals and medical faculties, that massive deliberate bombing campaign of civilian targets in Ukraine doesn't even include all the other civilian infrastructure and civilians Putin has deliberately targeted for more than 10 years.
All of these war crimes made possible by despicable human beings who are there to lie and deny all of Putin's war crimes.
