I thought the missile that fell hit the corner of the nearby specialist clinic not the main hospital building itself?

Even though it was not the main hospital if there was a deliberate attack on that building it would still be a war crime unless there was evidence of dual use but it would only involve Putin as a war criminal if he gave the order to hit that. I doubt Putin is performing daily target selection.
