The artillery ratio was 7 to 1 is Russian favour and is now 3:1. No ammunition shortage anymore and the Russians are relying on t-62s from 1962. The Ruusian navy is out of Crimea. They have about 1 years left of tank supply.
Ukraines done well and the Russian army is exhausted.
