The only reason he might be enemy number 1 in 2024 is for reasons as obvious as the nose on your face......
What a senseless tragedy and waste his War on Ukraine is whichever way you look or measure it. And for what ? To satisfy a disturbed mental state and/or ego ? A psychopath or has he some other serious mental disorder do you think ?
