about the same as its entire US military budget including CIA
global covert operations.

No wonder the US is insisting that its NATO partners spend
2% of their GDP on military? We were given a short-sharp message
by Trump to that extent during the previous Trump Administration

While there is a lot of focus on the Russia's economic ability
to sustain this war, there is an amazing silence about the elephant
in the room..ie: Uncle Sam's economic sustainability
