Maybe you should exercise your peripheral vision a little more and stop insulting Ukraine and Ukrainians by not ignoring their clearly expressed desire and will to be independent of the Russian Federation and to go their own way ? And while your dragging up what someone wrote in 1997 and NATO perhaps you should look and consider more substantial issues from that year and the undertakings given by the Russian Federation in respect of the NATO/Russia Founding Act ?
