On territories, with all that war spending and losses Russia is controlling as much as Zelensky said, including Crimea. For that Russia has lost much of its build up war chest since USSR times, going after Nth Korea and Mullahs for weapons and losing over 1000 a day. If Ukraine had that much of weapons, They will be in Vladivostok by now.
Russia held well over 30% of Ukr territory early days of the war when they has only shoulder pads and lost all of Kharkiv and most of Kherson in Ukr counter attacks. They are fighting without fighter planes still, will be a different story when are equipped. RT/Kremlin generated info wont tell you that.
