i gave a free lesson on how to use google to your brother tangs already, but im feeling generous today, so i'll give you one as well.

1. open your favourite browser
2. click on the url bar (that bar/field where you type the website name into)
3. type google.com. press enter
4.a page will open up. this is called a search engine. it lets you find things. an empty search bar located around the middle of your browser window. that's where you type your search queries
5. click on the search bar. type "26% of territory under russian occupation" press enter
6. the next page will present all the results that relate to your query

please note that you can use google to search for all kinds of things. not just related to ukraine.
