as for mobilisation. you are ill informed. mobilisation is ongoing. it started in september 2022. mobilisation laws haven't been cancelled. they are still in place and operational. there won't be another mobilisation because there are plenty of volunteers lining up for service. as opposed to ukraine where military recruiters are kidnapping people off the streets.
