Seeing as your powers of comprehension are apparently limited I'll spell it out by saying of course I think it's tragic innocent people are affected by Putin's War on Ukraine.
Only unhinged people wouldn't in my opinion.
Just a pity a few on here are so keen to highlight any innocent Russians or pro Russian Ukrainians living in Ukrainian territory adversely affected but are quite prepared to ignore the vastly larger numbers of innocent Ukrainians so affected by Putin's attack and War on Them.
Your inability or preparedness to address questions and issues I raised is quite obvious from the exchange...stones, glass houses and throwing come to mind for some reason ?

I agree, tragic on both sides. I am hopeful negotiations will put an end to conflict sooner rather than later.
As I previously said, if ever I decide to stick my nose in to question whether or not other civilians count (after someone brings up an attack) please let me know.
