    this is really really really stupid .......the russ comms are notoriously bad so the russ troops use smart phones .....now the Dumas wants to ban them .....theyn are worried about the danger of giving locations away but stopping the use altogether is chucking baby out with the bathwater ......so .....I applaud this move ....keep it up idiots !
