The only realistic way to accomplish this, since Putin and his degenerates will not end his failed war, is to give Ukraine what they need to massacre millions of Russian invaders until Putin leaves or is forced out. Ukraine is doing a great job massacring Russian invaders.

Putin can end his war any day he likes and all of the killing stops.
