I don't think it will get to that unless there are no peace negotiations and the US funds an ongoing war.
Odessa is more likely than Kyiv - I'm sure a land bridge to Transnistria is desirable for them but I don't see Russia mobilising a full strength 2 million strong Army required to attack large cities.
