technologically the Netherlands say , is light years ahead of russia .

russia gets propped up with gas and oil and but apart from that they are neanderthals techologicaly and import virtualy everything high tech .

nor does ultranationalsim ....we saw the end of Japan and Germany in WW2 where they thought they were entitled to rule ....... but russia fails to learn from that
