NATO, bigger stronger.
Europe alot less dependent on a rogue Russian state.
Russian losses in equipment and personnel significant, eaten trhough signifcant decades storage.
GDP heavily dependent on things that will be destroyed, eg, missiles, tanks, ammunition.
Russian bloc membership will decrease not increase.
Loss of trade partners, dependency on China greatly increased.
Loss of free access to technology, black market is thriving in Russia, gurther increasing its corruption to head.
