Well, against all odds, 28 Russians did a heck of a lot of damage to the enemy as portrayed in the movie titled 'Panfilov's 28 men'. Great movie with a great soundtrack.



As a result of the men's heroic and historic efforts, Russia built giant statues to commemorate such a feat.



Russians can kick ass too and Russia itself has been around a lot longer than the US and has gone through tumultuous periods in history and survived.

In the political arena each country has their agendas - in the case of Russia/Ukraine conflict, the US is feeding and benefiting from the war at Ukrainians' expense but in the greater scheme of things this could lead up to a much bigger war - if so, it is in all probability by design - if so, many more asses will be kicked to boothill some perhaps by choosing, others forced.
