"is" is wrong "can be" is correct many countries support Ukraine at present for dual reasons ......best interest as well as morality
for Oz ...more the latter .....just as we support disaster relief ....bth moral motivations
far too simplistic and far too far down the rabbit hole for clear thinking or neutrality ...the real world is more comlex and there very much is room for morality in international relations a sense of 'fairness' has helped bring a long long peace to western Europe as has never been seen before in recorded history -- EU and NATO have provided the structures to support that .....but the ethos is fairness , equality , ruke of law and individual countries rights
