hardly anybody celebrates ukrainian deaths. unlike people that wrap themselves with a ukrainian flag that express joy over any piece of news where either russian soldiers or civillians are dying. Milo/andy is a great example of that behaviour.

remember the bridge incident? when there was a huge explosion and people died? ukrainian actually celebrated this. just like they celebrated news of strikes against civilian targets in donetsk, lugansk and belgorod.
