Your logic seems warped; the incumbent has bee re-elected
although like Trump 2019, there are claims of a rigged election.

IMO, the Venezuelan election will have little or no influence
on the outcome of the Ukrainian war except divert the news
hungry press for a week or so.

That said, IMO Russia and particularly China will continue
supporting Venezuela because of both countries' interest
in the Venezuelan massive oil & gas resources.Perhaps now
the USA will up the ante on Venezuelan economic sanctions ;
a prelude to military intervention .
