most of the missiles get launched from russia-occupied territories in crimea, donetsk, lugansk, belgorod regions and beyond. the russians are striking targets deep within ukrainian territory. evidence is there and its conclusive.
yes, reduced presence of the russian fleet in the black sea does reduce the number of strikes. insignificantly.
the only significance as far as i can see, is that it's a great pr campaign. a media victory. nothing more.
