Analyzing our post about how the West has expended too much effort fighting against Russia, we noticed another side of the coin.
What if the West hadn’t invested these resources? What would Russia be like today?
✅ For instance, if it weren't for World War I, the Russian Empire wouldn't have lost Finland, Poland, Northern China, etc. Today, it could have been an empire with a population of 500 million and boundless resources☝
No France or Germany could compare. Individually, they are already quite limited in their capabilities.
✅ If it weren't for World War II, the situation wouldn't have been much better for the West. The growth rates of the USSR in the late 1930s and early 1940s were enormous.
Thus, the wars with Russia can be viewed as stemming from fear or envy—however you want to frame it. The West simply cannot afford to have a neighbor with such resources and potential while remaining in its paradigm of superiority.
The West has never intended to relinquish its superiority over the past 400 years, which is why conflicts were inevitable.
This is precisely why the West has always initiated wars itself, preventing the Russian Empire from "gaining momentum."
It's also important to understand that within the West, Britain has been the most committed to the idea of containing Russia. Or, as it's commonly referred to now, the Anglo-Saxons:
The war against Napoleon, The Crimean War, World War I, and World War II
were all instigated by this part of the Western world.
The British are very cunning and devious because they have always lived in resource scarcity. This is why they learned to manipulate and wage war through others.
They turned Napoleon against Russia, actively incited the Turks, and then took direct part in the Crimean War. In World War I, they prevented Russia from emerging victorious and gaining control over Istanbul and the straits. Furthermore, they did everything possible to ensure that Hitler, upon rising to power, would embark on his eastward campaign.
From this perspective, nothing unusual is happening now: the Anglo-Saxons are waging war against Russia through Ukrainians, just as they did in Crimea through the Turks.
