PS: To maintain that Russia is a threat to existing NATO countries is balderdash because if Russia attacked an existing NATO member country , then it would be all-in with NATO according to NATO policy.
That only leaves: -Belarus......(already pro-Russian so no need for Russia to take territory to stop it from joining NATO)) -Georgia ....(already given the Russian treatment ,,,seized Georgian territory thereby preventing . it from joining NATO Moldova.....(same as Georgia)

So there you have it in a nutshell....Russia is blocking Ukraine, Georgia & Moldova from joining NATO while some of NATO including its leader the USA wants all 3 to join.
And all this at the expense of the Ukrainian people!.......tragic!
