Why have peace talks when you're winning ?
Last thing Russia need is the West thinking about having another crack at weakening Russia using their slavic Christian brothers as the cannon fodder, Zelensky, Nuland, Blinken, Obama have destroyed white Christian Ukraine appearing by design when you consider they were up against Russia.
