    Wrong, wrong, wrong...

    1. Russia never invaded Donbas in 2014. Russia never invaded Crimea in 2014. The Russian forces were legally there.

    2. Mr Zelensky came to power promising to end the five-year conflict in the east which has left 13,000 people dead.
President Volodymyr Zelensky backed an agreement that would bring elections to territory controlled by the Russian-backed separatists. He backed down after far right threatened to hang him on a tree if he agreed on a peace deal. That's all that Russia was interested in at that point in time. Elections and potential autonomy within Ukraine.

    3. Rada vote to remove Yanukovich was unconstitutional and one of the breaches of the Ukranian Constitution was not enough (minimum 75%) members voted.

"Zelensky said in his inaugural speech that he was ready to lose ratings, popularity, position... No, he would lose his life. He will hang on some tree on Khreshchatyk - if he betrays Ukraine and those people who died in the Revolution and the War." - Dmytro Anatoliyovych Yarosh, a co-founder of the Right Sector who was then the commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army.
