nope ....established fact ...russia IS , EASILY , the most corrupt country in Europe ....their leader on a small salary is the richest man in the world with a palce and many residences , yachts and other assets.....is it any wonder Ukraine doesn't want to go back to this ?
ALL ex soviet states have inherited that corruption problem from russian domination days .
starting with least corrupt -Denmark at #1 , Ukraine is 104 th least corupt ,(together with Serbia ) , and russia 37 lower down at 141 .....way worse than Ukraine .
