perhaps I should elaborate .....if NATO had an offensive mindset :
1. they could've reacted strongly over CXrimea and Donbas incursion
2. they would allow Ukraine to fire western weapons into russia without restriction
3. russia wouldn't be pulling troops from his borders to fight in Ukraine
4. russia wouldn't be leaving Kaliningrad less protected by taking air defense systems out

russia at this time is weakened by a long war it is incapable of winning ......if NATO had an offensive mindset now is ttheir time

now whether you concede that they just don't have a desire to invade russia or whether you believe it's fear of russ nukes - in actuality it is both - it is plainly obvious that russia believes NATO is not any risk to their security .
