The only thing that has become clearer over time is Putin's war has been an abysmal failure where Putin has no chance to accomplish a single objective he set out to do.
Not at all concerned about the glaring hypocrisy? According to you it's Putin who has "options" but it's Ukraine who has no other options and must surrender, sorry "negotiate". Exactly the kind of thing someone who claims they're neutral would say.
Putin's war was lost long ago. Time for Putin to end. He's just throwing away Russian lives for nothing.
