Actually you didn't quote the IMF. You said "the IMF has Russia being the fastest growing economy in the developed world". According to the IMF Russia isn't in the developed world!
So no, the IMF doesn't agree with you.
You've now changed your point and said Russia is "expected to grow faster than all advanced economies this year". That's often the case with 'developing countries'...
